We are seeking an Office Coordinator to join our fast-growing team for a long term, career opportunity. We’re looking for someone who has the ability to multitask, is detail orientated and can be an integral part of our company's growth.
What You’ll Do
- Involved with the day-to-day office operations.
- Collect employee timesheets and create and send invoices to clients.
- Prepare and process payments to vendors, including checks and ACH.
- Open, enter, and deposit checks into the bank.
- Reconcile bank statements with payment records for multiple accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any inconsistencies.
- Manage vendor relationships, addressing inquiries and resolving discrepancies.
- Manage business insurance policies.
- Partner with owners on 401k plan administration and payroll processing.
- Prepare and submit monthly compliance documents.
- Assist with clerical tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with owners to support overall company goals and objectives.
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not required.
- At least 2 years of professional relevant work experience.
- Experience in the construction, engineering, architecture or environmental industry is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in all Microsoft Office products and is able to learn new programs quickly.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Functions effectively individually as well as part of a team.

Salary : $50,000 - $70,000
