Job Description
ISN is actively seeking an experienced Program Manager to support the Department of Justice / Office of Justice Programs (USDOJ / OJP), Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP) division. Specific tasks for this role may include but are not limited to the following :
Serve as primary subject matter expert for specific contract projects and tasks such as :
- Statistical data collection,
- Analysis and methods
- Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Act core requirements
- Juvenile and adult facilities
- Performance audits and Generally Accepted Government Auditing Standards
Abilitiy to perform tasks independently as well as lead a team.
Qualifications
Active DOJ clearance or ability to obtain clearance.
US Citizenship is required
Must be able to travel to customer sites or facilities as needed but could be subject to change during the duration of the program.
Master’s degree AND a minimum of 5 years’ experience in social science or similar discipline; OR
Bachelor’s degree AND a minimum of 7 years’ experience in social science or similar discipline.
Experience with training and technical assistance programs is required.
Experience :
Knowledge of criminal or juvenile justice programming, project management, and training and technical assistance programs highly preferred.
