Job Description
ISN is actively seeking an experienced Project Dirctor to support the Department of Justice / Office of Justice Programs (USDOJ / OJP), Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP) division. Specific tasks for this role may include but are snot limited to the following :
Senior operational staff responsible for day-to-day management of task specific activities.
Strong project and financial management skills, communication skills, and substantial knowledge regarding task requirements.
Oversee ongoing resolution of challenges or problems with task related services and implementation.
Maintain ongoing communication to lead staff involved in task implementation
Provide updates to government client and Contractor leadership on status and progress of task implementation.
Accountable for quality of work, personnel, adherence to timeline and deliverables.
Qualifications
Active DOJ clearance or ability to obtain clearance.
US Citizenship is required
Must be able to travel to customer sites or facilities as needed but could be subject to change during the duration of the program.
Master’s degree AND a minimum of 7 years’ experience in juvenile justice, social science or other appropriate subject area or Bachelor’s degree AND a minimum of 10 years’ experience in juvenile justice, social science or similar discipline.
Advanced degree preferred.
Experience :
Knowledge of criminal or juvenile justice programming, project management, and training and technical assistance programs highly preferred.
