Job Description
- Requires Experience in SAGE 50, Microsoft Excel and Word and Intuit Turbo Tax
- Commercial Building Management Accounting System
- Prepare Monthly Accounting Records statements
- Prepare General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Account Receivables and all Modules of the Accounting System, on Sage System
- Requires 5-8 Years of experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
Responsibilities:
- Contracted monthly/quarterly payments for Utilities and additional maintenance requirements
- Backup for regular monthly and quarterly AP entries, Check-printing, and postings
- Compares subcontractor invoice with prior written approvals
- Verifies pricing on subcontractors’ invoices with a pricing worksheet
Qualifications
- Minimum Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple leases and requirements thereof
- Understanding Terms Sheet for Building Standard Accounting and Control Lease Requirements.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills
- Problem-solving skills, analytical skills and ability to think creatively.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to create Sage Custom reports
