We are seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to join our team and support our continued growth.
Position Summary:
The Inside Sales Specialist at Isoclima Specialty Glass is responsible for supporting the sales team by managing estimates, data mining, following up on quotes, and providing exceptional customer service. This role involves direct interaction with customers to ensure a seamless experience from inquiry to order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and possesses strong communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform data mining to identify sales trends, customer insights, and market opportunities to drive business growth.
· Prepare and provide accurate estimates to customers in a timely manner, ensuring alignment with Isoclima’s pricing structures and lead times.
- Follow up on quotes to maximize conversion rates and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and professional responses.
- Collaborate with the sales, production, and engineering teams to ensure product specifications meet customer expectations.
- Maintain and update customer records, quotes, and order details in Isoclima’s CRM system.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate glass solutions from our product portfolio.
- Assist in processing orders, coordinating with internal departments to ensure seamless transactions.
- Support the sales team with data analysis, reports, and tracking key performance indicators.
- Handle customer concerns professionally, escalating issues when necessary to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, Isoclima’s product offerings, and competitor activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in Inside sales, customer service, or a related role, preferably in manufacturing or specialty glass.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer transactions.
- Experience in glass, glazing, or related industries is a plus.
