Overview: The Inside Sales Support-Detention position plays a key role in ensuring smooth communication between the company and its customers, providing order updates, estimated ship dates, and other requested information. This position involves daily interaction with management, updating logs related to quotes, orders, and production, while maintaining a professional and knowledgeable image. The individual will foster teamwork, support inter-company collaboration, and follow up on quotations. They will also begin learning the Workwise system for quoting and may be required to travel for training or customer events. Strong communication, organizational skills, and a basic understanding of the manufacturing/production industry are essential for success in this role. Position Relationships: Sales Manager, Sales Representatives

Key Internal Relationships: Sales Team, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service
Pay: $18-$20/HR.
Key Tasks:
- Participate in daily production meetings and provide customers with timely order status updates as needed.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, including requests for estimated ship dates and order updates.
- Keep management informed of all activities, ensuring timely and accurate updates to key reports, including the Quote Log, LOI Log, and PO Log.
- Maintain a professional and knowledgeable demeanor in all interactions with customers.
- Promote team collaboration and foster supportive relationships across departments.
- Follow up with customers after quotations to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs.
- Begin familiarization with the Workwise system for quoting and sales operations.
Qualifications:
·· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
· Knowledge of CRM systems and sales software.
· Capable of working autonomously while contributing effectively in a collaborative team environment.
· Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
· Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
· Knowledge of the manufacturing/production industry is preferred but not required.
· A proactive, results-driven mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow.
Additional Information: Light travel may be required for training sessions, customer meetings, or industry events.
