Job Responsibilities
- Assist in organizing and implementing employee activities, including but not limited to team - building events and holiday celebrations, to enhance the internal corporate culture.
- Be responsible for managing and optimizing the on - boarding process of new employees, ensuring that every new member can integrate into the team quickly.
- Participate in the recruitment process, from posting job advertisements to screening resumes and arranging interviews, to find candidates who best fit the company culture.
- As one of the contact persons, provide daily support to existing employees, resolving problems or answering questions they encounter at work.
- Regularly collect and analyze employee feedback, put forward improvement suggestions, and help improve the working environment and enhance employee satisfaction.
- Support other HR - related projects or tasks, such as the design and implementation of training and development programs.
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of work experience.
- Possess good interpersonal skills, enabling easy communication with people from different backgrounds.
- Have strong organizational and coordination abilities, as well as problem - solving skills.
- Fluency in Chinese is preferred; the ability to communicate in Chinese both verbally and in writing will be an added advantage.
- Be enthusiastic about promoting a diverse and inclusive work environment.
- Familiarity with US labor laws and relevant regulations is preferred.
- Be able to adapt flexibly to a fast - paced work environment and be willing to take on challenges.
