As an Maintenance & Environmental Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the IsoNova Verona Plant's production, maintenance, and environmental activities. This includes managing teams to ensure the manufacture of products meets quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage production and maintenance operations to guarantee product quality and adherence to regulations.
- Develop and implement methods to improve productivity while maintaining established payroll and expense budgets.
- Train and develop production and maintenance associates.
- Ensure all preventative maintenance programs are up to date and maintained.
- Promote a culture of safety within the organization.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in spray drying of egg liquid and cooking and drying poultry or other meat.
- Previous supervisory experience with a proven track record of success in achieving work goals through others.
- Ability to read and understand equipment manuals and blueprints.
- Strong trouble-shooting skills for electrical and mechanical problems.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
