Accounting Specialist

The role

We are looking for an Accounting Specialist that can support our activities in the US as part of the Global Team.

Your key responsibilities

• Managing expenses and income entries.
• Accounting for payroll, payments, collections, insurances, etc.
• Managing the relationship with our lawyers and consultants for any accountancy matter.
• Issuing, sending and follow-up of sales invoices.
• Monitoring of overdue balances, risk identification and collection management.
• Escalation, communication and coordination with the Finance Team and Project Managers.
• Bank reconciliation and cash reconciliation.
• Collaboration in audit process.
• Supplier management.

Your skills and experience

• Proven experience in an accounting role, with the ability to support other tasks in facilities, procurement, etc.
• Previous experience working with Netsuite
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Auditing skills, with great attention to detail.
• Strong and effective communication skills
• Fluency in Spanish is highly valued.
