Job Opening : Manufacturing Maintenance Manager (Immediate Hire)
Location : Augusta Area
Salary : $120K - $145K (depending on education, experience, and skill set)

We are hiring a Manufacturing Maintenance Manager to oversee key site functions and drive continuous improvement in a dynamic facility. If you have a passion for operational excellence and leadership, this is the opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead maintenance operations and ensure continuous improvement across the facility
- Manage project planning and execution while coordinating the site’s reliability program
- Serve as a key member of the Site Leadership Team (SLT) to achieve cross-functional goals
- Take ownership of site maintenance processes and resources, ensuring they meet customer demands
- Drive the success of Lean / Operational Excellence initiatives and improve site KPIs
- Provide HR leadership including development plans, succession planning, and career counseling for team members
- Oversee CAPEX projects, maintenance of plant equipment, and shutdown coordination activities
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement
