Title: Business Analyst IT L3
Location: Torrance, CA (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Rate: $70 per hour on W2
Requirement:
- Lead or participate in the gathering, analysis, and documentation of business requirements for our software products, including creation of features, user stories, acceptance criteria, technical dependencies, use cases, and process flows.
- Participate in agile development processes including daily syncs, backlog management, sprint planning, demos, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
- Research and stay current in emerging AI trends, tools, technologies relevant to internal use cases and external-facing products.
- Customer Research and Product Discovery
- Research generative AI prompting techniques and manage prompt libraries to showcase capabilities and promote use by internal teams.
- Content Management for Generative AI Applications
- Experience with Jira, Confluence and Mural or similar tools helpful.
- Experience in automotive industry and/or consumer-facing software products are helpful.
- Experience with Salesforce technology helpful.
- Experience utilizing generative AI tools in professional or personal workflows.
- Ability to tell stories with data.
Salary : $60 - $70
