- 5-8 yrs of experience in Business / Systems Analysis
- Experience in Analyzing current business processes and make recommendations for improvement based on industry trends and professional business knowledge
- Work directly with clients to understand the individual needs of the business
- Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing
- Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
- Experience creating user stories based business requirements
- Experience in JIRA and SAFe agile processes
- Use a variety of data analysis and organization tools to Client the most impactful insights
- Construct workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities, and writing specifications
- Conduct and coordinate financial, product, market, operational and related reseClienth to support strategic and business planning within the various Clients and programs of the client group
- Improve training and operational procedures within a business to increase efficiency and productivity
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing skills
- Experience working in financial applications, pricing and offers management preferred
- Candidates in LA region preferred
