About ISPN:
ISPN provides 24/7/365 technical support solutions over the phone for internet, phone, and video services across the United States & Canada. If you have a background in IT Support or knowledge of IT fundamentals including routers, LAN/WAN and network connectivity - we encourage you to apply! Details regarding ISPN’s Tech Support positions are as follows:
- Employees will be in a high-volume queue taking calls from end users for a wide variety of issues
- Employees will perform all training and job duties from your own personal dwelling / work space
- Positions start at $15.00/hr (pay differential for Spanish speaking applicants)
- Progression Bonus at 30, 60, and 90 days ($1000 total).
- Monthly & Yearly bonus incentives available for outstanding Merit.
- 401K w/ generous company match available following 6-month waiting period.
- Full Time status is available on day 1 for individuals who work 40 hours.
- (Full time employment includes medical, dental, and vision insurance offerings effective the first day of the month after 60 days of employment, as well as paid vacation, sick time, holiday pay)
Requirements:
- A stable internet connection (10/5 Mbps or better), an efficient PC/MAC desktop or laptop, and an available Ethernet port on your network switch, modem or router are required.
- Webcam and Audio speakers are required to complete our Zoom based Technical Training, and for Team Participation during ISPN employment.
- We are only hiring for FT roles at this time.
