Role Overview:
The Solutions Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing technical architectures that support end-to-end client journeys, particularly focusing on onboarding. This role involves defining technology blueprints, evaluating current systems, and guiding digital transformation efforts. The architect will collaborate closely with Enterprise Architecture (EA), business teams, and product owners to align technology with business goals.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop Future-State Solution Architecture:
- Define and implement technical strategies.
- Assess existing technology, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
- Create high-level migration plans for legacy system transformation.
- Technology Analysis & Evaluation:
- Ensure architectural compliance with enterprise standards.
- Provide technical guidance to project teams.
- Align project deliverables with business and architectural goals.
- Leadership & Collaboration:
- Oversee technical implementations and modifications.
- Work with product managers and enterprise architects to optimize IT infrastructure.
- Document and analyze enterprise architecture for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5 years of IT design & implementation experience across areas like infrastructure, APIs, middleware, cloud, and security.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies, ITIL, and ITSM.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks.
Key Skills:
- Appian & Salesforce experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Deep understanding of cloud, DevOps, and modern application architectures.
- Knowledge of system development life cycle methodologies.
