With 5 years of proven sales experience in the financial services sector, you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth and forging strong relationships with some of the world's largest institutional investors while representing our market-leading suite of solutions built on 40-years of expertise.

At ISS STOXX, we're at the forefront of the rapidly expanding stewardship solutions market, fueled by increasing global regulatory demands. As an Account Executive, you'll execute a strategic sales plan for your territory, delivering our industry-leading Governance Research and Voting solutions to top-tier asset managers and institutional clients. You'll have the support of dedicated business development representatives and subject matter experts to help you achieve success.
What You'll Do :
- Drive Growth : Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets across recurring, one-time, and renewal business.
- Cultivate Client Relationships : Build deep, consultative relationships with institutional clients to drive retention and uncover new cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Lead the Sales Process : Own the full sales cycle- from prospecting and lead generation to product demos, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Collaborate for Success : Work closely with business development reps to target and engage new prospects, while partnering with internal teams to deliver best-in-class solutions.
- Market Insights : Provide client feedback to business leads to inform future product development and strategic initiatives.
- Client-Centric Approach : Ensure top-notch client support by working across internal teams, from client success to research and product divisions.

Base salary : The New York City, NY and Washington, DC, expected base pay range is $90,000- $110,000 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and level of education.
The role is bonus or sales incentive eligible.
