Overview :
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Applications Support Engineer to join a team that supports and enhances software solutions built on a .Net / SQL Server multi-tier framework using C#. This role involves contributing to various stages of the software development lifecycle while troubleshooting, implementing, and improving applications directly for clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Address and resolve application-related issues, such as bug fixes, system enhancements, and performance optimization.
- Manage support requests using a ticketing system, ensuring prompt resolutions and effective communication.
- Collaborate within a team environment to solve problems and share ideas.
- Demonstrate adaptability in addressing new technical challenges.
- Test, debug, and resolve software issues to ensure application reliability.
- Create stored procedures, functions, and views using Microsoft SQL Server.
- Generate user reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
- Deliver exceptional customer service to foster strong client relationships.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours support when needed.

This full-time role requires on-site work at our Syracuse, NY office. Remote work is not available.
Compensation :
The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $80,000 annually , depending on experience and qualifications.
