- Overview :
- We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
- Net Applications Engineer
- to join a team that supports and enhances software solutions built on a .Net / SQL Server multi-tier framework. This role involves contributing to various stages of the software development lifecycle while troubleshooting, implementing, and improving applications directly for clients.
- Key Responsibilities :
- Address and resolve application-related issues, such as bug fixes, system enhancements, and performance optimization.
- Manage support requests using a ticketing system, ensuring prompt resolutions and effective communication.
- Collaborate within a team environment to solve problems and share ideas.
- Demonstrate adaptability in addressing new technical challenges.
- Test, debug, and resolve software issues to ensure application reliability.
- Create stored procedures, functions, and views using Microsoft SQL Server.
- Generate user reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
- Deliver exceptional customer service to foster strong client relationships.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours support when needed.
- Qualifications :
- Qualifications :
- At least
- 2 years of experience with .Net development
- C#).
- Hands-on experience with
- T-SQL scripting
- and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Strong analytical and debugging skills.
- Bachelors degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field (or an associate degree with 2 years of relevant experience).
- Preferred Skills :
- Familiarity with SQL Integration Services (SSIS) and Analysis Services (SSAS).
- Experience using MCL-Designer for mobile development.
- Knowledge of accounting systems like Microsoft Dynamics GP or similar.
- Background in inventory or warehouse management systems.
- Competence in developing front-end web components or desktop client applications.
