Compensation: $18.00 - 19.50/hr

Responsibilities
Job Requirements:
- Copy/Print experience
- Shipping Receiving – ability to lift 50 lbs. as this position does assist with shipping equipment for IT, books for publishers, etc.
- Provide backup support to Reception/Copy Print Services as needed
- Conduct inspections of office regularly and report any maintenance/equipment issues; AED – monthly checks; Fire extinguishers- monthly checks; First aid kit inventory- advise when supplies needed to be ordered
- Restock coffee supplies/ check the inventory of supplies to ensure orders placed; Restock restroom supplies; Conference room set up; Escort vendors/contractors
- Reliable; Good communication skills; Proficient in computer skills, Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)
- Proficient in software/hardware needed to conduct mailroom & copy/print center jobs; Open/Close work orders
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) - College Degree is a plus and allows a fast-track plan to management
- Customer Service/ Hospitality/ Retail background preferred
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Keyboarding and Windows environment PC skills; Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment; Competency in performing multiple functional tasks
- Ability to meet employer's attendance policy
- A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation to and from work
- Lifting up to 55 pounds
