Position Details:
This direct hire role is full time and performs office services work. Hours will range within M-F 8:00AM- 6:00PM. Some overtime may be required which may include occasional weekend support on an as needed basis. Business professional dress code and standards are required.
Hourly Compensation: $17.00-18.00 USD per hour, DOE.

Responsibilities
This direct hire role is a Copy/Mail Team Member- Full-Time and performs office services work. Hours will range within M-F 8:00AM- 6:00PM
- Operating mailing, copy and fax equipment
- Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
- Shipping & Receiving; Ordering supplies
- Pick-up and deliver mail, parcels, copy jobs and faxes to customers
- Hospitality Conference Room Support
- Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment
- Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines
- Adhere to all safety procedures
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Prior Law Firm experience a plus with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) - College Degree is a plus and allows a fast track plan to management
- Customer Service/ Hospitality/ Retail background preferred
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
- Lifting up to 55 pounds
