We are seeking a Shipping/Receiving Clerk to join our team at IST Management Services in Foothill Ranch, CA! Ideal candidates will have relevant experience in mail operations, customer service and a desire to grow their professional career in business services. Hourly Compensation: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. No nights or weekends!

Responsibilities
We are seeking a Shipping/Receiving Clerk to join our team at IST Management Services to handle inbound and outbound mail/shipments.
- Mail Operations - Sort incoming mail and handle according to established procedures
- Shipping/Receiving Services – Receive and send overnight packages, utilization of forklift as needed
- Print Services – Run daily production jobs for mailings and enter information into reporting systems
- Customer Service - Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment
- Adhere to all safety procedures
- Participate in cross-training
- Perform other tasks as assigned to uphold client and site needs
Qualifications
Ideal candidates will have relevant experience in mail operations, customer service and a desire to grow their professional career.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) - College Degree is a plus
- Prior forklift experience is a plus
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- A valid driver’s license/access to reliable transportation to and from work
- Lifting up to 55 pounds
