We are seeking a Shipping and Receiving Specialist to join our team at IST Management Services in Glendale, CA! Ideal candidates will have relevant experience in shipping and receiving, mail operations, customer service, and a desire to grow their professional career in business services. Hourly Compensation: $18.50-$18.50/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. No nights or weekends!

Responsibilities
The Shipping and Receiving Specialist will be responsible for receiving, processing and delivering mail and packages.
- Shipping and Receiving Services – Receive and send overnight packages
- Customer Service - Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment
- Mail Operations - Sort incoming mail and handle according to established procedures
- Adhere to all safety procedures
- Take direction from the site manager and assistant site manager
- Participate in cross-training
- Perform other tasks as assigned to uphold client and site needs
Qualifications
Ideal candidates will have relevant experience in shipping and receiving, mail operations and customer service.
- Valid Driver's License required
- Prior mail or shipping/receiving experience is a plus
- High school diploma or GED
- Professional appearance and demeanor; excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Keyboarding and Windows environment PC skills
- Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment; ability to multi-task effectively
- Ability to meet employer's attendance policy
- Ability to lift up to 55lbs
