Role Description
This is a full-time role for an experienced Construction Estimator. Located in Dayton, Ohio, the Construction Estimator will be responsible for tasks such as quantity take-offs, cost estimating, coordination of scopes with subcontractors and proposal development.
Qualifications
- Construction Estimating and Quantity Take-offs skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Knowledge of construction industry practices and materials
- Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and specifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Experience estimating self-perform concrete work is preferred
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical system is preferred
- Experience scheduling with Primavera is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
