Summary :
Were seeking an ambitious, hardworking and friendly Customer Service Sales Representative to be part of our growing team in Santa Rosa, CA! Our family owned 2nd generation agency prides themselves in providing top level customer service.This position will be responsible for assisting through administrative and customer support tasks.
Customer Service Sales Representative Duties :
Assist with inbound customer calls
Assist clients to resolve general service inquiries as needed
Follow-up with existing and potential clients
Review billing questions with clients
Perform other duties as assigned
We are looking for applicants who are professional, confident, outgoing, and excited about a career in Customer Service.

Successfully juggle multiple priorities at any given time
Possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Understand basic product, billing and processing guidelines

Research and identify timely solutions to client-related problems
Have solid computer skills with knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office
Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
Education :
High school or equivalent (Required)
License :
Active Property and Casualty insurance license (CA)
