Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all administrative functions run smoothly, providing support to staff, and maintaining an efficient office environment. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • QuickBooks – Manage A/R, A/P, and bank reconciliations.
  • Proposals & Contracts – Prepare, send, and follow up on agreements.
  • Communications – Write professional emails on behalf of the CEO.
  • Calendar Management – Oversee the company’s schedule.
  • Spreadsheets – Maintain and organize data in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Inventory – Handle data entry for stock management.
  • E-Commerce – Manage the company’s furniture e-commerce platform.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, or Google Sheets.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in home staging or interior design.
  • Ability to create mood boards.
  • E-commerce and social media (especially Instagram) experience.
  • Spanish-speaking required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
