We're hiring a detail-oriented Order Control Coordinator to oversee order fulfillment, inventory, and warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and teamwork skills required.
Schedule : MONDAY - FRIDAY 8am - 4 : 30
overtime as needed during the week and weekend
Key Responsibilities :
Manage daily order processing and fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Serve as the point of contact for resolving order issues (cancellations, revisions, etc.).
Prioritize and assign warehouse workload to optimize order fulfillment.
Develop and execute daily shipping plans, considering priorities, resources, and carrier deadlines.
Communicate effectively with internal teams (leadership, warehouse, customer service, sales, marketing) to resolve order issues promptly.
Ensure on-time shipment within carrier cutoff times.
Monitor and reconcile open orders in the ERP system (PRO preferred) to maintain accurate order status and inventory.
Utilize and understand the WMS (Tracer Plus).
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance order control and warehouse efficiency.
Contribute to achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend new KPIs or processes as needed.
Participate in and lead key project initiatives.
Enforce warehouse safety rules and guidelines.
Skills & Knowledge :
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Experience with ERP systems (PRO preferred).
Fluent in English (written and verbal); Spanish bilingualism a plus.
Prior warehouse experience is preferred.
High school diploma / GED or 4 years of equivalent warehouse experience.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Minimum one year of experience with FedEx, UPS, USPS, and LTL shipping.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a team environment and communicate clearly.
