LATAM Director of Operations

Duties:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of operations within the organization
- Develop and implement strategies for business development and growth
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity
- Lead and motivate a team of managers and employees to achieve operational goals
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination and execution of projects
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to ensure cost-effective solutions
- Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to assess operational performance
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards

Skills:

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify areas for improvement
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a similar industry
- Ability to negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships
- Knowledge of business development strategies and techniques
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies

- SAP knowledge.
