SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING MANAGER
We are looking for an enthusiastic Social Media Manager who can enhance our brand and build strong online communities through our various social media platforms. This person will be responsible for developing, creating, and administering social media content that is designed to engage users and create an interactive relationship between consumers and the company.
REQUIREMENTS
4 years of experience in social media management, email marketing, graphic design, and video editing.
· Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field prefer
· Experience in graphic design with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign or Canvas
· Experience in video editing with iMovie or Final Cut Pro
· Exceptional multi-tasking skills
· Ability to work under pressure in a fast pace environment
· Able to explain complex social media data in an understandable way
· Strong problem-solving skills
· Knowledge of Facebook's and Google’s advertising platform is preferred
· Knowledge on Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems is preferred
You will have duties in developing and implementing the following marketing strategies.
SOCIAL MEDIA: Develop strategies to increase organic lead flow as brand awareness and generate new leads through different platforms
TikTok- brainstorming, planning, filming and editing of on brand and engaging video content
Instagram- brainstorming, planning, and posting on brand and engaging picture and video content via reels, carousels and single image posts while maintaining a fashionable aesthetic of the grid.
Youtube- growing our subscriber base by posting of full length videos from events and partnerships and posting videos created as needed
Campaigns
- Initiate, implement and collect and review social media data to develop more effective campaigns.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales team to develop social media campaigns that help to achieve corporate marketing goals.
Community Management
-Monitoring the company's social media account for all comments, feedback, questions and inquiries coming from Instagram DMs, LinkedIn, TikTok and Youtube.
- Offering constructive interaction with users and removing any negative or damaging comments.
GRAPHIC DESIGN: Develop and create engaging graphics that is on brand with Istituto Marangoni’s image to utilize across social media platforms.
Digital- Ad banners, Social Media Posts, event flyers, course flyers, screen animations for events, masterclass, open house and event banners.
Print- Program Trifolds, course flyers, event booklets, 1 pagers, brochures, event photocalls Merch- Magic boxes, water bottles, tote bags, stickers, pennants, notebooks, folders Admin- signature template creation, certificate templates, business cards
VIDEO EDITING: Develop and create engaging video content that is on brand with Istituto Marangoni’s image to utilize across social media platforms.
-Research: Brainstorming and executing on trend videos to showcase programs and student life/ opportunities at the school.
-Filming: coordinating with students to participate in videos and planning shoot time based on school events both in and out of school.
-Editing: Instagram reels, TikToks, Youtube videos using caput, InShot, Canva or any other video editing software
COPYWRITING
-Creation of original, engaging and on brand tone in copy for Instagram, TikTok posts and for any other print tor digital marketing material.
