Position Summary

As a Marketing Coordinator , you will be the driving force behind our brand’s visibility and engagement. Your expertise will elevate our digital presence, captivate potential buyers and sellers, and generate high-quality leads through strategic, data-driven marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Social Media

  • Develop high-converting digital marketing campaigns to promote real estate services.
  • Create and manage engaging content (videos, reels, carousels, blogs, and newsletters) across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Implement SEO-driven website content to increase organic traffic and lead generation.
  • Utilize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and retargeting strategies to maximize ROI.

Branding & Content Creation

  • Ensure a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all platforms.
  • Design eye-catching marketing materials (brochures, flyers, email templates, and print ads).
  • Leverage storytelling techniques to connect emotionally with potential buyers and sellers.
  • Market Research & Performance Tracking

  • Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for content and campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, engagement rates, and lead conversion .
  • Refine strategies based on analytics and audience insights.
  • Event & Open House Marketing

  • Develop promotional strategies for open houses, networking events, and community engagements .
  • Oversee event branding, online promotions, and follow-up marketing efforts to maximize attendance and conversion.
  • Qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital marketing - Submit your portfolio and resume. No portfolio. No response : )(real estate experience is a plus!).
  • Strong content creation and copywriting skills with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in SEO best practices and digital tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Adobe, etc.).
  • Experience managing paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook / Instagram Ads, YouTube Ads) .
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining high-quality output.
  • Familiarity with WordPress, CRM platforms, and email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.) .
  • Knowledge of print advertising and traditional marketing strategies is a plus.
