Project Support Opportunity: Estimating Coordinator

iSuite L.L.C. is seeking a qualified professional to join our Project Support team. iSuite is a business support services organization formed in 2023. The organization provides business development and pursuit, estimating, safety, accounting, human resources, information technology, marketing, and training services to clients within the Architecture, Engineering, Construction (A/E/C) industry.

We are currently looking for an Estimating Coordinator to join our Project Support team located at our headquarters in Granite City, IL. Our ideal candidate for an Estimating Coordinator is someone who is personable, high energy, and who will bring a strong sense of commitment and direction to our projects. This candidate should demonstrate strong organizational skills with attention to detail and thrive in a collaborative work environment.

Primary responsibilities for iSuite’s Estimating Coordinator include:

• Assisting with mechanical and plumbing estimates.
• Working alongside and supporting the preconstruction team to complete project related tasks correctly and in a timely fashion.
• Understanding the projects, enabling yourself to ensure bid documents are received and organized, contact subcontractors and vendors, properly communicate project documents and schedule requirements, attend pre-bid meetings, record meetings minutes, conduct site and/or vendor visits to help ensure accurate and complete estimates, etc.
• Planning ahead to prevent problems and resolving any emerging issues before they become a problem.

Primary qualifications for iSuite’s Estimating Coordinator include:

• Proven working experience in Construction Support or related field is preferred.
• Associate degree in Construction Management or a related field is a plus.
Familiarity with construction management software packages
• -overall strong computer skills.
• Self-motivated with excellent time and project management skills.
• Possesses a strong personal commitment for long-term and meaningful goals.
• Ability to work within an environment with deadlines while having to multi-task with changing priorities.
• Demonstrate confidence in their knowledge and is committed to researching the answers and finding the right solution for things they do not know.
