Payroll Opportunity: Payroll Administrator
iSuite L.L.C. is seeking a qualified professional to join our Payroll team. iSuite is a business support services organization formed in 2023. The organization provides
business development and pursuit, estimating, safety, accounting, human resources,
information technology, marketing, and training services to clients within the
Architecture/Engineering/Construction (A/E/C) industry.
This shared-services company supports the IMI business units and provides a uniform,

with our employee-owned company so that all personnel take an owner’s mindset approach to our business. iSuite is headquartered in Nashville, TN and has branches in Granite City, IL, Chesterfield, MO and Charlotte, NC.
We are currently looking for a Payroll Administrator to join our Payroll team located at our headquarters in Granite City, IL. Our ideal candidate for a Payroll Administrator is someone who has 1 years of experience and demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills with attention to detail, and thrives in a collaborative work environment.
Primary responsibilities for iSuite’s Payroll Administrator include:
- Prep and process staff payroll for employees, including verifying time, pay information, per-dem, travel incentive, dental and gym reimbursements.
- Maintain and update payroll records, including employee payroll information, tax documents and direct deposit accounts.
- Assist with employee benefit enrollments, updates and changes.
- Provide support and assistance to employees with payroll and benefit related inquiries.
- Process new hire paperwork by ensuring all necessary documents are completed, scanned and filed.
- Complete state new hire reporting and E-verification.
- Process verifications of employment from various lenders, states and government agencies.
- Assist in payroll-related audits and reporting.
- Handle all incoming phone calls, voicemail and outgoing mail.
- Maintain confidentiality of all payroll and personnel-related matters.
Primary qualifications for iSuite’s Payroll Administrator include:
- Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
