Our programs support multiple Federal agencies, including the Department of Defense. We are seeking a Computer Systems Analyst to support our customer’s operations at Offutt AFB, NE. This effort provides our Government customer with intelligence support services. This position will be on-site and will require an active Top Secret/SCI Clearance with NC2/ESI, SAP STO eligibility, and CI polygraph eligibility.

Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain automation tools and applications to improve data management efficiency
• Create data visualizations, perform in-depth analysis, and generate reports to inform strategic decisions
• Analyze and integrate business processes within Combatant Command (CCMD) and DoD intelligence frameworks
• Support the development, acquisition, and integration of intelligence-related technologies and capabilities
• Deploy and manage containerized solutions (e.g., OpenShift) across cloud and on-premises environments
• Engage with stakeholders to gather, define, and implement data-driven requirements
• Adhere to security protocols and data governance policies to ensure compliance and data integrity
• Document workflows, procedures, and best practices for data automation and management

Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

• US Citizenship
• Active TS/SCI, NC2/ESI, SAP STO Eligibility, CI polygraph examination

Required Experience:

• Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience with and/or education in data automation, data visualization, and application development.
• Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience with and/or education in CCMD and DoD Intelligence, and communication business process analysis and integration.
• Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience with and/or education in CCMD and DoD processes for development, integration, and acquisition of intelligence and related technical capabilities.
• Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience with and/or education developing and supporting efforts that require automation or application development.
• Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience with and/or education using a container solution (i.e. OpenShift) in both Cloud and on-premises architecture.

Education and Certifications:

• A Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited college or university
• Current DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II certification or current DoD 8140 certification

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will regularly sit, walk, stand, and climb stairs and steps. May require walking long distance from parking to workstation. Occasionally, movement that requires twisting at the neck and/or trunk more than the average person, squatting/ stooping/kneeling, reaching above the head, and forward motion will be required. The employee will continuously be required to repeat the same hand, arm, or finger motion many times. Manual and finger dexterity are essential to this position. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, depth perception and telling differences among colors. The employee must be able to communicate through speech with clients and the public. Hearing requirements include conversation in both quiet and noisy environments. Lifting may require floor to waist, waist to shoulder, or shoulder to overhead movement of up to 20 pounds. This position demands tolerance for various levels of mental stress.
