What are the responsibilities and job description for the IAM Developer position at IT Accel, Inc.?
We are seeking a skilled professional to handle Cloud IAM engineering and automation in our cloud environments for migration projects across GCP, Azure, and HashiCorp. This role requires a dynamic individual who will:
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for high-visibility cloud IAM initiatives in hybrid multi-cloud environments.
- Develop, document, and communicate solution designs for large and complex Cloud IAM initiatives.
- 5 years of experience with Terraform.
- 3 years of experience with Python/JavaScript.
- 3 years of experience with PowerShell/Linux.
- 5 years of IAM experience (on-premises or cloud).
- 5 years of experience with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- 3 years of experience in building, deploying, and securing cloud platforms (public/private).
- 3 years of experience in building cloud hybrid identity solutions.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience with one full life cycle implementation of one or more cloud platforms: Azure, GCP, and AWS.
- 3 years of experience in designing and engineering cloud-native solutions.
- 3 years of experience with HashiCorp Vault and pipeline deployment automation to cloud environments (Azure, GCP, AWS).
- Hands-on experience working with API gateways; experience with Apigee is a bonus.
- A deep understanding of Entra ID, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and how to implement secure API authentication.
- Experience with IAM in enterprise architectural design and configuration of one or more observability toolsets such as Azure Monitor, Google Operations Suite, and Prometheus.
- Experience utilizing cloud infrastructure tools and applications such as AWS CloudFormation Templates, GitHub, and Terraform.
- Professional Cloud Certification(s) from AWS, Google, Microsoft, HashiCorp, or equivalent industry-standard/professional organizations.
