As part of our continued growth, we're expanding our in-house production of patent-pending and trademarked vinyl solutions designed for the laptop and computer refurbishing industry.

Duties
- Operate and maintain large-format printers and vinyl cutting equipment to produce high-quality products for IT asset refurbishment.
- Handle calibration, file preparation, production workflow management, and quality controls to ensure consistent quality.
- Manage print and cut vinyl production troubleshooting issues as needed.
- Work with various vinyl materials to achieve the best results in durability, adhesion, and aesthetics.
- Collaborate with the team to improve production processes and efficiencies.
- Basic editing of files and cut lines using Illustrator.
- Test products and designs using vinyl applications on laptops and other IT equipment.
- Assist customer training with the application of products
Early training will require the candidate to spend several weeks training and getting proficient using the vinyl products we make by installing these various products onto laptops, screens, and mobile devices such as iPads and iPhones.
Skills
- Experience in large-format printing and vinyl cutting (Summa, Canon, HP or similar).
- Strong understanding of print production processes, RIP software / ONYX, and file setup.
- Ability to troubleshoot print and cut issues to maintain efficiency and quality.
- Familiarity with different vinyl materials, adhesives, and finishing techniques
- (Bonus) Experience applying vinyl to surfaces, though this is not required.
