System Integration Analyst – Healthcare Information Systems (Infor Cloverleaf Suite)

Position Overview: We are seeking a System Integration Analyst with expertise in Infor Cloverleaf Integration Suite to support the integration and management of healthcare information systems. The ideal candidate will have experience designing and enhancing data integrations for patient health information (PHI), ensuring compliance with data security and privacy regulations such as HIPAA. This role requires a focus on creating scalable, reliable, and secure data models that support the seamless flow of patient data between various healthcare subsystems and electronic health record (EHR) systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring data integrity, privacy protection, and system performance across the healthcare network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement integrations using the Infor Cloverleaf Integration Suite to securely exchange patient data between EHR systems, laboratory systems, billing platforms, and other healthcare applications
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other data privacy regulations in all aspects of patient data exchange and system integration
• Analyze existing integration workflows to optimize the flow of patient health information across healthcare subsystems and improve system performance
• Develop new data models and data access points to enhance patient information management, ensuring scalability and high performance
• Identify integration points between subsystems, such as lab systems, pharmacy systems, radiology platforms, and third-party applications, to ensure seamless interoperability
• Document integration processes and data flow diagrams, including data security measures, access controls, and system performance metrics
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues related to patient data workflows, ensuring data accuracy, system reliability, and minimal downtime
• Monitor and manage data security protocols to prevent unauthorized access to patient information, ensuring all integrations meet industry security standards
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, IT teams, and external vendors to align integration solutions with clinical workflows and business objectives
  
  

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Infor Cloverleaf Integration Suite in a healthcare environment
• Strong knowledge of healthcare data exchange formats, including HL7, FHIR, X12, and CCD/CCDA standards
• Expertise in data security practices, encryption protocols, and patient privacy regulations such as HIPAA and GDPR
• Familiarity with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech, etc.) and healthcare information systems integration
• Proficiency in data modeling, system architecture, and data governance to manage patient health information securely and efficiently
• Strong understanding of database administration, data validation, and audit trails to ensure data integrity in patient records
• Experience with system performance monitoring and load balancing techniques to optimize healthcare application performance
• Excellent technical documentation skills to ensure clear and comprehensive integration documentation for internal teams and regulatory audits
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with healthcare regulatory bodies and ensuring compliance with data privacy laws
• Familiarity with cloud-based integration platforms especially on AWS for healthcare data storage and processing
• Knowledge of DevOps practices for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) in healthcare environments
• Certification in Infor Cloverleaf Integration Suite or HL7 standards is highly desirable
