Scrum Lead

A financial institution is seeking an experienced Scrum Lead to guide a mixed Waterfall and Agile team through its Agile transformation. This is a 6-month contract with a high likelihood of extension for an additional 6 months.

Key Requirements:

• Banking experience is required, with a strong preference for candidates with lending (loan servicing) backgrounds.
• Commercial loan experience is highly preferred.
• LoanIQ experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong expertise in Agile methodology and Scrum leadership is essential.
• Some Waterfall experience is necessary, but the primary focus is Agile.
• Must be a proven leader and mentor, capable of guiding a team transitioning to Agile.
• Hands-on experience with user stories, features, epics, and some PI Planning.
• Expert user in Jira and Confluence is required.
• Budgeting experience is not needed, as this will be managed by another team member.
• Remote position - candidates can be based anywhere in the U.S. but must be comfortable working in CST time zone.
