Job Description:
Client is seeking an experienced analyst to perform complex computer systems analysis within the criminal justice/law enforcement sectors. The analyst will coordinate system testing, post-implementation evaluations, and ensure compliance with documented requirements. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform systems analysis to evaluate supplier deliverables.
· Ensure system testing aligns with project schedules and requirements.
· Conduct Quality Assurance (QA) and produce detailed management reports.
· Develop artifacts like test cases, business rules, use cases, and role-based system profiles.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· 5 years of experience as a criminal justice/law enforcement analyst.
· Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
· Extensive knowledge of Virginia’s criminal justice system and computer systems.
· Proficient in business and system requirements documentation.
· Experience in Organizational Change Management and SaaS solutions implementation.
· Expertise with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint).
· Preferred Skills:
· Experience with criminal history record processing.
· Familiarity with system test plan development.
