The Recruiter is responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates for a healthcare facility. Reporting to the Human Resources Director, this role aims to meet hiring objectives by efficiently filling open positions, collaborating with hiring managers, and fostering a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. The recruiter will leverage platforms such as ICIMS and other job boards, manage the interview process, and ensure the seamless execution of hiring procedures.
Educational Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field required
· SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred; SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential a plus
· Hospital Recruitment experience required
Experience & Skills:
· At least 3 years of experience in Recruiting in a healthcare setting (hospital or healthcare facility experience required)
· Proven experience with ICIMS or similar applicant tracking systems (ATS) for managing recruitment pipelines
· Strong understanding of job boards, HR software, and recruitment best practices
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and hiring managers
· Advanced proficiency in MS Office and database management
· Demonstrated ability to conduct interviews (phone, video, in-person)
· Self-starter with a proactive approach and strong organizational skills
· Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred but not required
· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
