Title: Project Coordinator

Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL

Earliest Start Date: ASAP

Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extension(s)

USC, GC & EAD Holders will work

Locals Only

Pay Starts from $50/hr on W2

Seniority on the skill/s required on this requirement: Mid-Level

Requirements

• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Palm Beach Gardens, FL (required);
• Experience in project management/coordination (3 years)
• Renewable energy experience.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs.
• Travel up to 25% to project sites for task execution and inspections.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant field Preferred:
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified
• Experience in PM Scheduling software (i.e. Microsoft Project, Smartsheet)
  
  

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To The Following

• Assist with the planning and execution of Wind Turbine construction and technical/engineering projects.
• Build and upkeep project schedules in Smartsheet.
• Engage with outside vendors to determine material availability, execution schedule, and other items to keep projects on schedule and budget.
• Meet with internal stakeholders regularly for on-going project status updates.
• Prepare and assist hosting pre-bid/pre-construction meetings.
• Travel to projects sites to oversee execution of tasks or participate in on-site inspection meetings.
