Project Manager
Local candidates ONLY. Onsite presence 3 days per week is required.
Grand Rapids MI

Any SAFe certification (SSM, SASM, SA, SPC, SPMPO) highly preferred. Knowledge of agile practices and experience working in an Agile environment are required.
- Understanding and development of comprehensive project plans including timelines, budget, people allocation related to network, compute, storage, cloud technologies with multiple vendors at mutiple locations simutaniously
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms.
- * Solid teamwork and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well on cross-functional project teams and foster team commitment to tasks. Ability to communicate across and up through senior leadership
- Any infrastucture and operations technical experience or hands on development experience would be helpful.
- The ideal candidate for this role has 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Manages the entire project lifecycle from project definition through implementation. Accountable for meeting agreed upon scope, cost, schedule and quality measures. Develops project plan and drives project milestones.
- Establishes effective communication plan with project team and key stakeholders. Provides day-to-day direction to project resources.
- Ensures effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project. Responsible for preparation of documentation, status reports and budgets.
- R ole requires excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Clientialized knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word.
