Job Title : Delivery Manager (with P&C Insurance Domain Experience)
Work Location : New York, NY (All 05 days a week Onsite Mandatory)
Required Experience : 10 Years
Fulltime Role - ONLY USC AND GC WORKs
Technical Skills (Primary) :
- P&C Business knowledge is a must
- Program Planning and Strategy
- Formulate organize and monitor interconnected projects
- Develop and control deadlines budgets and activities
- Apply change risk and resource management
- Coordination and Leadership
- Lead and evaluate project managers and other staff
- Coordinate cross project activities to ensure alignment with program goals
- Resolve higher scope issues that affect program success
- Stakeholder Management
- Meet with stakeholders to discuss program status and goals
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI
- Prepare reports for program directors and senior management.
