Salesforce Solution Architect - US Citizen ONLY

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect with expertise in low code / no code development frameworks to design, implement, and optimize scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce platform features, app-building tools, and declarative development, enabling them to deliver efficient solutions that align with business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design and implement Salesforce solutions using low code / no code tools , including Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, App Builder, and Declarative Programming.
  • Architect scalable and secure Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate functional requirements into Salesforce configurations.
  • Leverage Salesforce Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and other modules as needed.
  • Develop custom reports, dashboards, and automation workflows.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and design principles, focusing on scalability and maintainability.
  • Manage integration of Salesforce with third-party applications using connectors or APIs, as needed.
  • Conduct system testing, user training, and provide post-deployment support.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and features.

Qualifications :

Required Skills and Experience :

  • 5 years of experience with Salesforce in an architect or senior consultant role.
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce declarative development tools such as Flow, Process Builder, Lightning App Builder, and Custom Objects .
  • Proven experience implementing low code / no code solutions and building scalable apps on Salesforce.
  • Expertise in Salesforce Data Modeling and Security, including roles, profiles, and sharing rules.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns , APIs, and AppExchange solutions.
  • Familiarity with Agile project methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello.

    • Preferred Skills :

  • Salesforce Certifications : Application Architect, System Architect, or Platform App Builder .
  • Experience with Experience Cloud (Communities) and Salesforce CPQ .
  • Knowledge of other low-code platforms like Mendix, OutSystems, or Power Apps is a plus.

    • Education :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

    • Soft Skills :

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor junior developers

    • Must be a U.S. Citizen

    Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
