Qualifications
Main: Tableau, Tableau Prep, SQL.
Secondary: PowerBI, Python, Apptio.
Communication skills, capable of explaining complex data issues in simple terms to a diverse audience.
Passion for continual improvement and process design; seeks new ways to improve effectiveness, quality, and compliance.
Confident and clear communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence leaders/partners/SMEs, and enable progress through data-based decision making.
Nice To Have
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline is a plus.
Strong proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala.
Demonstrable experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g.: Informatica, Cognos, MicroStrategy, matplotlib, etc.)
Demonstrated experience in data visualization with a focus on financial data analysis.
Results Oriented – Track record of driving results across multiple channels and initiatives.
Proactive Nature – Ability to work autonomously and proactively to drive results.
Responsibilities
Design and Develop data dashboards using Tableau, Tableau Prep, and other supporting tools.
Develop SQL queries, scripts, and routines to automate data processing and enhance dashboard accuracy and efficiency.
Create visual representations of various data points to "tell the story” and immediately answer the most commonly asked questions.
Extended Responsibilities
Maintain seamless data links across internal systems ensuring high data quality and consistency.
Work closely with Engineering, Product, and Business Stakeholders to define data and analytic requirements.
Regularly review and update dashboards to reflect changes in technology infrastructure and business strategy.
Generate insightful data visualization and reports to aid in decision-making and demonstrate metric value to stakeholders.
Find opportunities to adopt innovative technologies.
Communicate and work reciprocally with Business and Product teams to support changes and implementation.
Supports the creation of tools and processes to improve the agile team's ability to reliably execute and relentlessly innovate.
