Hogan Mainframe Developer

  • Understand the existing custom-build Hogan applications.
  • Impact Analysis of source programs for every work request.
  • Carry out program construction / modification.
  • Prepare unit test plan and test data.
  • Carry out unit testing.
  • Conduct quality reviews of code / test plans.
  • Assist Client during any phase that is applicable to the project as per the project plan.
  • Code changes to source programs and Version Control adherence.
  • Sound Knowledge of Hogan Core Banking Applications :

a. DDA(Demand Deposit Application) ,

b. TDA( Time Deposit Application) ,

  • Good Knowledge on Below Hogan Concepts : Hogan Umbrella, Processing Environment Manager(PEM),CDMF, Logical Environments( Data Groups, Activity, Program Linking to PEM) ,
  • Hogan Abend Identification and Fixing both Online and Batch.
  • Mainframe Skills : COBOL, VSAM, CICS, JCL
