Senior Mainframe Developer Hogan is highly preferred

Location: Columbus Ohio onsite 3 days a week

Should be comfortable to go full time with client after 3 Months

Overview:

Description

The Mainframe Developer Senior modifies existing software/application programs, which are typically more complex in nature, or writes new programs to support user and management needs in a mainframe environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Designs, tests, debugs, documents, and implements those programs in a mainframe environment.
• Consults with users to design, modify, and explain program changes or to provide technical support.
• Resolves problems which occur in production systems.
• May serve as project leader in the development of automated systems or procedures.
• Provides direction and training to other team members.
• Provides 24/7 support on a weekly rotation
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

• Hogan Deposits experience
• Highly prefer TDA experience
• Mainframe production support
• Bachelor's Degree
• 7 years of working with the technical tools available for mainframe systems development and support.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Banking with a focus in Deposits
• CA Easytrieve experience
• ChangeMan experience or other Change Control
• ServiceNow experience
• CICS expertise
• Prior experience with Bank conversion/M&A
• Microsoft Office experience
• Experience working in multi-platform environment
• Ability to balance both development and support roles
• Experience in working on projects that involve business segments
• Strong analytical, strong troubleshooting skills and excellent communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills, focus on customer
