We are seeking a Director of Solutions Engineering & ANS (Private 5G) to join our executive team and lead our ambitious growth in the ANS (Private 5G) space.
The ideal candidate will have experience in solutions sales leadership, with a deep understanding of telecommunications, managed services, and emerging technologies like AI, Blockchain, Edge Compute, 5G, and IoT. A proven ability to manage large teams and lead complex commercial sales efforts is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and commercial models for complex ANS (Private 5G) solutions.
Oversee the specialist engineering team providing sales support for IoT, HSI, Collaboration, Security, and ANS solutions.
Manage a team of solutions engineers to ensure they meet sales, operational, and performance objectives.
Provide specialist solutions support and act as a technical expert at key sales opportunities.
Collaborate with product management teams to develop scalable and repeatable ANS solutions.
Qualifications
10 years of experience in solution sales.
10 years of people leadership experience, including managing managers.
Expertise in telecommunications technology, managed services, and software development.
Experience with SaaS-based solutions and knowledge of emerging technologies.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
Bonus Eligible: 25% corporate bonus target
Salary Range: USD $182,000 to $230,000 Benefits
