Key Responsibilities
- Frontline clerical support, including answering a main phone line, opening and sorting mail, preparing outgoing mail, and handling certified mail.
- Scanning, electronic faxing, and maintaining organized records.
- Reviewing and processing Medicaid provider documentation.
- Communicating effectively with Medicaid providers via email and phone.
- Full-time positions with a choice of a 30-minute or one-hour lunch break, along with 15-minute morning and afternoon breaks.
- Office casual dress code.
- A background check is required for all applicants.
- Clerical support experience with strong computer skills.
- Must be proficient in typing and using MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
