Job Title: Systems Integration Manager – Packaging Solutions

Job Summary:
The Systems Integration Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating packaging-related projects and services, ensuring that packaging solutions are designed, installed, and meet quality standards within budget and project timelines. This role operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong leadership, project management, and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Packaging Design & Development:
- Collaborate with clients to assess packaging needs and requirements.
- Design innovative packaging solutions that align with business objectives.
- Identify and collaborate with packaging equipment suppliers to source optimal solutions.
Project Planning & Execution:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, deliverables, and timelines.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including procurement, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, and automation, to ensure efficient installation and operation.
- Work closely with in-house client resources to facilitate smooth execution of projects.
Cost Management:
- Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets.
- Track expenses and optimize costs to maximize efficiency and profitability.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks associated with packaging solutions and mitigate them proactively.
- Implement contingency plans to ensure seamless project execution.
Collaboration with Stakeholders:
- Provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and adjustments to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Ensure clear communication between teams to align project objectives.
Department Management:
- Hire, train, develop, and evaluate members of the Packaging Department.
- Develop and implement methods, guidelines, and policies to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of packaging solutions.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in packaging management (preferably in liquid processing packaging equipment, materials, and processes).
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of FDA, GMP, and ISO regulations and standards.
