Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of a high-end, large-scale community property, ensuring an exceptional living experience for residents.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and community maintenance to maintain high standards in all property-related functions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing concerns, inquiries, and requests with a high level of professionalism and customer service.
- Enforce community rules, regulations, and policies while fostering a positive community atmosphere.
- Collaborate with HOA boards, providing regular updates on property conditions, finances, and upcoming projects.
- Lead financial planning for the property, including budgeting, monitoring expenses, and managing reserve funds.
- Oversee administrative functions, including record-keeping, correspondence, and compliance with state and local regulations.
- Coordinate and manage on-site events and community activities, enhancing resident engagement and satisfaction.
- Conduct property inspections to ensure compliance with HOA standards and address any maintenance issues promptly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Certification in one or more of the following: CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations), AMS (Association Management Specialist), or PCAM (Professional Community Association Manager).
- 5 years of property management experience in a large-scale condominium or HOA setting.
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and foster positive resident relations.
- Strong knowledge of HOA operations, budgeting, and financial management.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with board members, residents, and vendors.
- Stable work history, demonstrating reliability and consistency in previous roles.
- Professional demeanor, with a commitment to maintaining the upscale standards of the community.
