- Conduct interviews and collaborate with agents to identify talent.
- Lead the onboarding process for seamless integration of new agents.
Team Building and Leadership:
- Cultivate a supportive team environment that fosters excellence.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to enhance agent skills and productivity.
- Implement training initiatives to elevate team performance.
Agent Success and Productivity:
- Establish performance metrics and goals to drive agent success.
- Provide tailored coaching and feedback to improve performance.
- Utilize technology to optimize workflows and enhance productivity.
Business Development:
- Collaborate with the executive team to execute growth strategies.
- Identify opportunities to expand market share and increase profitability.
