Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in plant maintenance; material handling equipment experience is a plus.
- High school diploma or GED; technical school certification is a plus.
- Basic mechanical and electrical skills; experience in food manufacturing is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work from equipment manuals and verbal instructions.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Dependable, self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Physical ability to stand and walk throughout the day and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
